The Subversion server is now up and running with all the settings and permissions in place. The tests with a couple of temporary repositories went well and so did the transfer of the production repository from the local machine. It is now live and it has been configured to work with Trac as well.

On the other hand, apart from Trac’s code browsing capability, I’m not sure if we’ll be using it that much, but it’s a nice addition anyway

I’ve also configured a Dropbox client and while it has been running fine, the problem was that it was using up quite a bit of the server’s available memory, so it will most certainly not be active all the time, which is a pity

I guess tomorrow is the big day for the online svn repository. Wish us luck
